January 23, 2022- IT'S 2022!!
Happy New Year to All! It’s winter in New England! Surprise! We’ve had some gangbuster storms and too many mornings where the temperature and windchill take it down to the minus-minus range. I think we’ve been as low as -20, but who’s tracking. Now that we’ve got our car fixed up, we can hit the remote start and we don’t mind it so much when we head out in the morning. Getting the car fixed was a must do—it was just not behaving, and while we are happy with the outcome, like all cars it’s a bit of a money-pit. We will be relying on it for a long time, so a needed investment. One downside of the fix was I borrowed a mission car for the week that ours was in the shop and didn’t get a parking pass for the apartment lot. Came out looking for it the next morning and ended up paying a pretty penny to get it out of a tow lot. Arrrggghh! Zero tolerance and a very aggressive tow company. We continue to move throug...
